Jennifer A. Galloway, Esq. primarily practices in trusts and estate planning. She counsels her clients and their families, as well as business owners and professional advisors, to create plans that ensure a smooth and optimal transition of assets to future generations. She also handles elder law, Orphans’ Court litigation and corporate matters such as business entity formation.

Primarily focused on complex and basic estate planning, Jennifer has practiced for more than a decade in central PA, serving clients with a range of business and family law matters. She handled wills, trusts, living wills and power of attorney documents, estate administration including federal taxable estates, Orphans’ Court litigation matters and Elder Law (Medicaid) planning. Before joining Saxton & Stump, she was a founding partner at a family and business law firm where she advised on a wide variety of domestic, business and estate related matters. She also frequently represented her clients at hearings, oral arguments and full trials when necessary. Prior to that, she served as an associate attorney advising and representing clients in estate planning, estate administration and orphans court litigation. Jennifer clerked for the Hon. Joy Flowers Conti, U.S. District Court for the Western District of PA.

Jennifer is the chair-elect of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and is the division’s delegate to the association’s House of Delegates. She also is a member of the association’s Civility in the Profession Committee, the Conference of County Bar Leaders, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Commission on Women in the Profession. Galloway also is a member of the board of directors at the York County Bar Association, is part of the Professional Advisors for the organization’s Leave a Legacy York County and is a member of the association’s Estate Planning Council.
