Justin Ventura is Saxton & Stump’s Senior Manager of Operations, working with the firm’s HR, facilities, IT, and concierge teams to ensure the firm runs smoothly both on a daily basis and with a long-range vision in sight. Justin works out of the firm’s Pittsburgh office, which he helped establish in 2025. He previously worked as a manager of operations for a law firm, overseeing five locations and supervising 10 people, including receptionists, hospitality specialists, operations specialists, records leads, office services staff, and third-party contractors. He managed an office relocation, streamlined services, upgraded office security, organized firm events, and more. He also has experience as a web conferencing and IT specialist.
Justin is a graduate of Emerson College, where he was a member of the men’s basketball team. He received the 2019 Individual Community Service Award from the Emerson Athletic Department, and the Emerson Communications Department named him the 2019 Male Student-Athlete of the Year. He also holds an MBA from Slippery Rock University, where he is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society.
