A prolific and sought-after speaker and author, Kelly’s 2018 Sidebar: Reflections of a Philadelphia Lawyer, earned a 2020 sequel, Sidebar, Too: More Reflections of a Philadelphia Lawyer. The books are a collection of essays from Kelly about life, law and politics. He’s been consistently recognized by peer-reviewed, attorney-ranking services such as “Best Lawyers in America” and “Super Lawyers,” reaching the distinction of “Lawyer of the Year” in the Philadelphia region for Litigation – Intellectual Property on the 2023 Best Lawyers list. He is also recognized in the prestigious Chambers list, which is based on client interviews and reviews.
