Lauren A. Green, Esq. focuses her practice on healthcare and casualty litigation, product liability and casualty matters involving catastrophic injuries, supporting the firm’s Healthcare Litigation and Risk Management and Quality Assurance teams. She represents hospitals, doctors and healthcare professionals and is experienced with trial preparation and defending healthcare clients in court. Lauren also assists with the representation of medical executive committees involved with peer review matters and provides counsel on credentialing issues, medical staff by-laws and practice rules and regulations.

Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Lauren was an associate at Philadelphia-based German, Gallagher & Murtagh where she practiced in the medical malpractice defense, casualty litigation, premises liability and products liability groups. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for Hon. Albert John Snite, Jr. (Ret.) at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Lauren was a member of Temple Law School’s Intellectual Property Moot Court team, participating in the Giles Rich IP Moot Court Competition in Boston. She also participated in the university’s tort litigation clinical program with Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) where she conducted depositions and arbitrations and prepared legal briefs and memoranda. While completing her undergraduate studies, Lauren served as an undergraduate fellow at the Pennsylvania Freedom of Information Coalition in Harrisburg, PA.
