Lisa K. Morrison is Saxton & Stump’s Human Resources Manager for employee relations, working out of the firm’s York office. With more than 20 years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility, Lisa collaborates with firm leadership on employee relations, onboardings/talent acquisition, and performance management during mid-year and end-of-year review periods. Before joining Saxton & Stump, Lisa worked for national and local companies in Pennsylvania and Florida in industries such as energy, communications, manufacturing, HVAC, retail, and fashion, writing and implementing handbooks, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and conducting training sessions.
Lisa holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She also has more than 20 years of experience as a fitness instructor, teaching classes in kickboxing, yoga, aqua fitness, and more. Lisa is married with three sons and celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary in 2024.
