Megan is an associate in the Healthcare Litigation and Commercial Litigation groups in the firm’s Malvern office. Her diverse legal background both as a prosecutor and as a defensive attorney gives her an exceptional perspective to help her clients through all stages of litigation. She has spent a half-decade representing physicians, medical professionals, hospitals, healthcare organizations and healthcare facilities in defense of medical malpractice claims. Prior to that, she worked as a securities litigation associate representing defrauded investors in complex cases primarily involving multi-million-dollar financial services and securities fraud.

Megan started her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where she managed a caseload of more than 100 major felony violent crime cases and tried hundreds of felony bench trials and numerous felony jury trials to verdict. While at one of the largest DA offices in the United States, she successfully prosecuted cases by acting as lead counsel in countless trials, grand jury proceedings and plea agreements.

Prior to beginning her career as an Assistant District Attorney, Megan interned at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office while an undergraduate at Temple University and again as a law student at Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, Megan was a member of Temple’s renowned National Trial Team and won several awards and scholarships, including the Green Scholarship for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and the Center for Forensic Economic Studies Excellence in Litigation Award.

Pennsylvania Super Lawyers have named Megan a “Rising Star” each year from 2019 to 2022.
