Raymond L. Singer, MD, MMM, CPE, FACS, FACC, FCCP, is a cardiothoracic surgeon with 31 years of active clinical practice and extensive experience with healthcare reform, quality assurance, and medical liability matters.

Dr. Singer is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his General Surgery Residency and Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Singer is certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He achieved a Master of Medical Management (MMM) at the H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University.
