Rhonda Lord leads the firm’s Public Finance Group and also is a member of the Education and Trusts and Estates groups. She has participated in all types of public financing transactions, including traditional public financing for cities, counties and school districts, as well as private activity financings for nonprofit corporations. Rhonda has also represented numerous authorities, including water, sewer and school district authorities, on the issuance of debt. Rhonda is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers.

Rhonda also regularly advises individuals, families and business owners through all aspects of estate and gift planning from simple to complex. She helps clients with the development, implementation and administration of comprehensive estate plans and regularly advises business owners on business succession and tax planning. She also counsels executors, trustees and corporate fiduciaries regarding the administration of estates and the ongoing administration of various trusts. Rhonda is a member and past chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of Lancaster Bar Association.

Rhonda also advises school districts on various policy, real estate, tax, business and contract matters.
