Robin is a member of the Trusts and Estates and Business and Corporate Groups working out of the firm’s Charleston office. She works with families, business owners, and professional advisors to develop customized estate plans to ensure a smooth and optimal transition of assets to future generations. Before joining Saxton & Stump, Robin worked as a law clerk in both private practice and government agencies. Most recently as a clerk at the Charleston County Probate Court, she researched statutory and case law, wrote memos and briefed judges in preparation for hearings. Fluent in Spanish, Robin also worked as a legal interpreter, both oral and written, for Charleston Pro-Bono Legal Services.

Before going to law school, Robin spent nearly two decades in operations, sales and management in Atlanta, where she worked with company attorneys concerning workers’ compensation, immigration, theft, client contracts, employment contracts, and noncompete agreements. She also created budgets, coordinated efficiency projects, and helped companies comply with government regulations.

She is a graduate of the Charleston School of Law, and is pursuing her LL.M. degree at the University of Baltimore School of Law (expected in 2025).
