As the Senior Director of Success and Integration, Sara C. Arndt brings fresh perspective for strategic planning and initiatives to ensure the continued growth and success of the firm, its affiliate companies and their clients. She works directly with the CEO and collaborates with department managers to ensure that resources are deployed strategically and effectively to achieve the firm’s goals. Sara also cultivates recruiting and lateral hire integration programs to support seamless transitions.
Sara is a business leader with a unique background in legal operations, digital marketing and finance. She previously worked for The Hershey Company for more than 15 years in various roles. Most recently she served as Legal Operations Manager where she worked closely with the general counsel and legal leadership team to define and implement strategic priorities, special projects, technology capabilities and managed all aspects of the department’s budget and financial analysis.
She received her B.S. summa cum laude in business administration from Elizabethtown College and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
