Sarah is a law clerk in the Saxton & Stump Healthcare Litigation and Commercial Litigation groups. She assists the firm in defending hospitals, healthcare systems, physicians, and professionals in cases of medical professional liability cases, and also assists in helping businesses defend or pursue legal claims.
Sarah has worked as a summer associate at a York-area law firm where she worked with laws concerning Title VII, First Amendment rights, municipal law and estate planning. In the spring of 2023, she completed a judicial cooperative education program with the Hon. Mark A. Kearney in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She wrote judicial opinions on a variety of laws in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of Delaware following extensive research and strategy sessions. Sarah also had a federal judicial internship in 2021 with the Hon. J. Curtis Joyner in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia where she wrote judicial memoranda and orders for compassionate release motions and section 1983 claims.
Sarah is a former competitive figure skater and U.S. figure skating coach. She volunteered as a youth skating coach during her time at Penn State, where she received her undergraduate degree in Criminology. She received her law degree cum laude from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University. In law school, Sarah was a lead articles editor on Drexel Law Review. She was also on the school’s trial team.
