Tiffany Peters is part of the Saxton & Stump Trucking and Commercial Transportation Group, as well as its Commercial Litigation Group. She works for her clients as a civil litigation defense attorney in defending tractor-trailer drivers in vehicle accidents and drafting contracts for transportation companies. She also represents drivers in defending traffic citations. She started her legal career as a personal injury attorney in Harrisburg before moving to transportation law at Carlisle, Pa.-based boutique firm Marcello & Kivisto, which worked only in transportation law and joined Saxton & Stump in August 2022.
Before starting her legal career, she worked as the executive director for the York Ballet LLC in Red Lion, overseeing the planning, management, administration and marketing of the organization. While at law school at Widener University School of Law, she interned at the school’s Environmental Law Clinic, working in legal research, drafting legal documents and communicating with clients. She also interned with MidPenn Legal Services in Lebanon while in school at Lebanon Valley College.
