Tina Fullerton is a paralegal and senior settlement officer for Saxton & Stump’s affiliate company, Granite Settlement Company, and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. Based in the Harrisburg office, she has more than 20 years of experience in the title industry and has been a licensed title agent since 2016. She manages title transactions and closings with a focus on accuracy and client service, coordinating with lenders, buyers, sellers, and agents. She also reviews title commitments, closing disclosures, and legal documents for compliance.
Fullerton earned her paralegal certification from Harrisburg Area Community College and is a certified notary public.
