Wayne is a shareholder in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Group, and is also part of the Business and Corporate, Tax and Tax Controversy, and Senior Care groups. With 40 years of experience as an attorney, Wayne has worked in business law as well as estate and tax planning, corporate law, elder law, Orphan’s Court litigation and more. He often lectures to small and large groups on wealth preservation, retirement, tax planning and other business topics. He also is a certified public accountant, helping him uniquely understand his clients’ financial needs as well as their legal needs. Wayne also holds a master’s legal degree in taxation from Georgetown University.

Wayne is a leader in his community, as he served on the board of supervisors for Silver Spring Township in Cumberland County from 1994 to 2005, including serving as the board chairman from 1998 to 2005. He also is a former member of the board of directors at Pinnacle Health Foundation, the Eagle Foundation and the Cumberland County Bar Foundation.
