Yvonne Crouse is a fiduciary paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Group and brings over 30 years of fiduciary experience to the firm. She is highly skilled in all facets of trust and estate administration. In addition, she has substantial experience in Orphans’ Court litigation. Yvonne routinely interfaces with executors and trustees, beneficiaries, counsel, Registers of Wills and Clerks of Orphans’ Courts.
Yvonne works closely with executors to administer estates and trusts to facilitate the transfer of real and personal property including preparation of accounts and income, death and gift tax returns. She also drafts Orphans’ Court pleadings and non-court agreements. Yvonne was a presenter for the Institute for Paralegal Education on the topic of “The Probate Process From Start to Finish For Paralegals.” Yvonne has significant experience working with corporate fiduciaries.
