This seminar, “Navigating the Top Legal Issues Facing HR Professionals”, addressed hot topics in employment law and provided direction on managing risk and proactive steps to minimize litigation.

Steve discussed considerations for employers on what counts as working hours for non-exempt employees including waiting time, on-call time, meals and rest breaks, travel time and preliminary and postliminary activities.
