Rick provided attendees with an overview of steps employers are obligated to take to both prevent harassment and to investigate occurrence and properly follow up. During this segment, Rick talks about conducting an immediate, impartial and thorough investigation, issues with reporting and the liability of supervisors when a situation arises.
