C. Andrea Gadd, Pa.C.P.

Paralegal

C. Andrea Gadd, Pa.C.P. brings over 28 years of experience working on complex cases as a litigation paralegal to Saxton & Stump. She gained much of her experience in the courtroom supporting and assisting at trials with her combined trial technology knowledge. Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Andrea served as Senior Paralegal and Trial Technician at Capitol Support Service in Harrisburg, PA where she provided litigation and trial support to law firms by displaying their evidence at trial. In this position, she also worked alongside the Principals to further development of their litigation and trial support department and orchestrated numerous CLE seminars with law firms across Pennsylvania to educate lawyers, paralegals, and legal secretaries on trial preparation and integration of trial presentation software.

Prior to that, Andrea worked as a paralegal office manager and litigation paralegal supporting seasoned trial lawyers on cases across broad practice areas including medical malpractice, healthcare and professional licensure, general liability, products liability, commercial and business litigation, and insurance fraud. She has extensive experience managing all aspects of law firm operations and computer network operations.

Andrea is proficient in the latest inData trial presentation software on the market, TrialDirector 6.8 (1802), having taken the certification course. She is also well-versed in the utilization of LexisNexis Sanctions trial presentation software. Andrea has attended numerous trials since 1988. During these trials, she facilitated visual presentations for lawyers on behalf of their clients by displaying critical evidence through technology. Andrea utilized this technology in order to deliver a more seamless and time and cost efficient trial presentation for the jurors and the Court system.

Andrea comes from a family of doctors — one who is Chief of the Division of Surgical Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital — and fully appreciates the dedication of doctors and medical professionals to their patients, as well as the vast administrative responsibilities and pressures facing the medical community.

She volunteers her time providing notary services for the Pennsylvania Bar Associations “Wills for Heroes” program and actively participates as a volunteer juror for the Milton S. Hershey High School Annual Mock Trial Tournaments.
