Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, Abby R. Young supports the business development and marketing efforts of the firm and its affiliate companies. Abby provides strategic insight and initiatives to ensure the continued growth and success of attorneys and their practice groups. She works directly with the attorneys to strengthen relationships with existing clients and form new relationships with prospective clients. Abby’s forward-thinking approach enhances the firm’s client-focused initiative to provide a five-star service.

Abby has close to a decade of legal marketing and business development experience. She has significant background in creating business development plans, identifying qualifying opportunities, developing prospect pitches, coordinating event and speaking engagement strategies and assisting with follow-up efforts. Abby collaborates with the marketing department to create successful results for all business development efforts.

Abby also leads the firm’s Associate Attorney Business Development Program which is a resource to guide their professional growth at the firm.

Abby is a member of the Legal Marketing Association and sits on the Events Committee for the Associated Builders and Contractors – Keystone Chapter. Abby previously sat on the Board of Directors for Long’s Park Amphitheater Foundation and served as Chair of the Marketing Committee. She received a B.S. in Communication Studies from Pennsylvania State University. ​
