Andrew J. Reilly, Esq.

Andrew J. Reilly, Esq. is an experienced litigator with a focus in municipal law. He represents authorities, businesses and individuals in litigation as well as real estate and business transactions. Andy is also a member of Saxton & Stump’s Regulatory and Government Affairs team, leveraging his experience and longstanding relationships to assist clients in the public and private sectors by connecting them with decision makers and helping them navigate the complex government infrastructure and regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Andy was the managing partner at Swartz Campbell’s Media, PA office for more than 25 years where he also served on the firm’s management committee. He has deep ties to Pennsylvania communities, especially in Delaware County, having served on the boards of numerous educational, medical and charitable organizations, including the regional chapter of the American Red Cross, hospitals, historical society and conservation district. Andy has also served on the boards of zoning, economic development and public finance organizations. He is well-respected in the legal community and was appointed to Federal magistrate selection panel and the hearing panel for the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board.
Andy is a fixture of the Pennsylvania government affairs and business community having served in several roles for both the Republican Party in Delaware County and Pennsylvania. He currently serves as the National Committeeman and Southeast Caucus Chair for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. He previously served as secretary of the State Republican Party. He was a member of Pennsylvania’s Electoral College in the 2016 presidential elections and delegate to the Republican National Convention in 2016 and 2020. He previously served eight years (elected to two terms) as a member of the Delaware County Council, the governing body of Delaware County. During his term, Andy led revitalization efforts that resulted in the two major redevelopment projects along the Delaware River and the preservation of hundreds of acres of open space across Delaware County.
