Editor and Project Manager, Marketing and Business Development
Briana A. Hallett is the Editor and Project Manager for Saxton & Stump’s Marketing and Business Development team. In this role, she supports the Vice President in the implementation of the firm’s brand, business development, marketing, client service, communications, media relations, lateral hire onboarding and strategic growth initiatives. Briana provides oversight of the firm’s content strategy and editorial calendar including website content, press releases, articles, marketing collateral, RFP responses and proposals to ensure quality and brand consistency.
She supports Saxton & Stump’s growth efforts by collaborating with the business development team and the firm’s attorneys to generate new business and expand client relationships. Briana oversees the firm’s customer relationship management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and uses analytics to drive pipeline management. Briana also conducts market, industry, and competitive research and supports the development of business growth strategy.
Briana has more than 10 years of experience serving in marketing and client service roles throughout Pennsylvania. Most recently, she was the marketing coordinator for one of the nation’s leading independent financial and investment advisory firms. In this role, she served as project manager and marketing liaison to more than 300 internal clients covering 40 locations and implemented training programs on marketing resources, firm branding, marketing technology, proposal writing process and best practices.
Prior to that, Briana was the executive assistant for a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm in Pittsburgh where she provided day-to-day administrative support to the president and served as office manager. In addition, Briana previously worked in the Pittsburgh office of a Philadelphia-based regional law firm. She was also suites supervisor for an international hospitality provider contracted at CONSOL Energy Center (now PPG Paints arena) and assisted with the stadium’s inauguration. She worked four seasons of Pittsburgh Penguins games, concerts and events, gaining significant client service, corporate relations and event management experience. She also gained client service, marketing and sales experience while working for Celebrity Authentics, the world leader in genuine celebrity autographed memorabilia, where she also assisted at signings and large-scale events such as New York Comic Con.
Briana received her bachelor’s degree in Photojournalism, Advertising, and Public Relations from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. During her time at Point Park, she was a staff writer and business manager for the student newspaper, The Globe and was awarded for “Best Reporting.”
