Colleen A. Baird, Esq.
Colleen focuses her practice in health care litigation, and protects the rights of doctors, hospitals and post-acute care organizations in state and federal courts. Colleen also defends licensed medical professionals in matters before the State Board of Medicine and Bureau of Enforcement and Investigations.
Colleen graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in criminal justice and psychology. While at Richmond, she was elected as President of the undergraduate chapter of the international law fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta. During law school, Colleen was awarded the CALI Award in Forensic Science. She also served as President of the Egan Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta.
Early in her career, Colleen gained experience at a large firm where she focused on medical malpractice and state board investigations and licensure issues.
