Associate

Eli E. Lachenman, Esq., is an associate for Saxton & Stump in the firm’s Charleston office. In this role, he assists with case management and throughout all stages of litigation including legal research, pleadings, discovery, depositions, trial preparation and appearing for court proceedings and settlement conferences.

Eli provides pro bono support to Charleston County’s Housing Court, a pilot project established in 2019 through a partnership with One80 Place Legal. He aids the program’s attorneys by conducting research and participating in the client intake process. While attending law school, Eli gained experience as a legal assistant at a regional law firm where he drafted legal documents and maintained case files.
