Elizabeth “Beth” J. Palmer, Esq.*
Shareholder
Beth also assists clients with trust and estate litigation and provides representation for estate representatives, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and heirs. Her focus is on resolving issues of probate administration, will contests, undue influence and coercion, issues of capacity, and breaches of fiduciary duty.
In the community, Beth is active in the American Bar Association (ABA) and currently chairs the Bullyproof Committee of the ABA’s Section of Civil Rights and Social Justice. She played a key role in developing and implementing Bullyproof, a national anti-bullying initiative for schools that began in 2013. Beth also serves as a Board Member for Be A Mentor, a Charleston non-profit empowering youth to reach their full potential through mentorship.
Prior to joining the firm, Beth was a partner at Rosen Hagood, a Charleston, S.C. based law firm. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Government from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
