Kamron W. Abedi, Esq.
Kamron W. Abedi, Esq. focuses his practice in business and corporate law. In his practice, he assists clients with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, reorganizations and transitions for businesses ranging from startups to large family-owned businesses and middle-market companies. He prepares corporate and commercial agreements such as asset/stock purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholders’ agreements, escrow agreements, lease agreements and distribution/supply agreements.
Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Kamron worked at a Reading-based regional law firm as an associate focusing on corporate, finance and capital markets law. He also served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Department of State, where he conducted legal research for the Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations, the Bureau of Elections, the State Athletic Commission and the Division of Notaries and Commissions. During his time there, he participated in a series of meetings with the Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations to discuss the viability of a new statutory scheme, including the relevant political and legal considerations.
While attending law school, Kamron founded and served as president for the Business Law Society, a student organization dedicated to enhancing Dickinson Law students’ legal education by promoting interdisciplinary work in law and business. As president of the Business Law Society, he gave a series of presentations designed to assist aspiring entrepreneurs navigate the early stages of their startup businesses. He is fluent in Farsi and conversational in Spanish.
