Luke T. Weber, Esq.
Luke focuses his practice on healthcare litigation, representing doctors, hospitals and other health care professionals in medical malpractice cases. He has experience litigating cases across a range of medical specialties, and has been involved in defending cases involving spinal cord injuries and neurologically impaired infants. Luke is experienced in defending these cases before both the trial and appellate court level.
Luke began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert “Robin” Simpson, Jr., on Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. During law school, Luke worked as a judicial intern to the Honorable Christopher C. Conner, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable J. Michael Eakin, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He gained additional valuable experience interning for the in-house legal department of a national health insurance provider and in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Luke was a member of his law school’s National Trial Advocacy Team and was a Senior Editor on the Penn State Law Review. He also participated in the school’s medical malpractice litigation colloquium in conjunction with a regional academic hospital.
After law school, Luke returned to his hometown of Lancaster to practice law. He regularly coaches a High School Mock Trial team in the Pennsylvania Bar Association Mock Trial Competition.
