Vaishnavi Arshanapally, Esq.
Vaishnavi represents and assists physicians, hospitals, and post-acute care facilities with medical professional liability defense; medical staff matters, including credentialing and peer review; HIPAA Privacy issues; internal investigations; and risk mitigation.
Vaishnavi received a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Boston College. She is a Sr. Thea Bowman Scholar. During her time at Boston College, she served as the Chair of the Entertainment Committee and Luminaries Committee for Relay for Life.
While at Dickinson School of Law, Vaishnavi was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and a Coach for the Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition Team. She also served as Vice President for the Health Law Association and the Women’s Law Caucus.
Vaishnavi is a member of the Order of Barristers, a national honor society that recognizes graduating law students who excelled as student advocates in written and oral advocacy activities and competitions. She received numerous awards including the CALI Award for earning the highest grade in Real Estate Negotiation and Drafting, the Best Petitioner’s Brief Award for her participation in the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition and the Pro Bono Advocate Award which recognizes advocates’ dedication to community service. Vaishnavi is conversational in Telugu and Hindi.
