Saxton & Stump’s attorneys have extensive educational law experience, and have successfully assisted school districts, career and technology centers, intermediate units and other public and private educational entities with a wide array of unusual and challenging problems, projects or litigation. We serve as the solicitor and general counsel for over 130 school districts and joint school systems throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania, and as special counsel to many others throughout the state.

The group’s attorneys also are known for their innovation in many different areas, particularly public finance and tax collection matters. They also have been at the forefront of developing direct tax collection systems to allow for the efficient collection of taxes.

Leadership and independent thinking on education law issues is a calling card of the group. Two of our attorneys have been elected president of Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association, and one of them was awarded the association’s Distinguished Career Achievement Award.
