Geri Benzel is an experienced paralegal in the Saxton & Stump Business and Corporate group. Geri assists in all forms of business transactions. She supports clients and attorneys with business formations, business mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, loan documentation and commercial real estate closings.
Geri works out of the firm’s York office and is a notary public. Geri came to Saxton & Stump in 2025 from the longtime York County law firm Stock & Leader.
