Donald Snyder is the Saxton & Stump IT support desk manager working out of the firm’s Lancaster office. He brings nearly two decades of IT experience, including a long tenure with the Hershey Co. through the Hershey-area contracting firm System One. During his time with System One, Don spent seven years in a leadership role, where he managed daily operations, set team goals, and motivated staff.
At Saxton & Stump, Don leads the IT help desk team, including onboarding, training, and performance management. He also oversees the firm’s IT ticketing system, ensuring timely and thorough resolution of support requests. In addition, he collaborates with the director of information technology on various projects and manages vendor relationships to support firm-wide technology initiatives.
