Sharra Cauler is the Manager of Compensation & Finance Analytics for Saxton & Stump in its Lancaster office. In her role, she supports firmwide payroll oversight, and special high-level financial analysis in close collaboration with the CEO, chairman, Finance Committee, and Pension Committee. Sharra previously served as the firm’s Payroll and Data Analyst, where she performed end-to-end payroll processing and maintained employee data, while also supporting the firm’s accounting team with budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning initiatives.
Sharra previously processed payroll for a business accounting firm. She was responsible for payroll processing for over 70 clients, including handling taxes, salaries, benefits, preparing quarterly payroll tax forms and annual W-2s, and handling all payroll-related requests. She has also served as a cost analyst for a major regional hospital, creating monthly and quarterly reports and maintaining payroll, general ledger, and patient data in a decision support software system. She also worked as a payroll analyst, processing payroll for over 3,000 employees across multiple entities.
Sharra earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Millersville University.
