On December 30, 2020, Gov. Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine announced that the tougher COVID-19 mitigation measures imposed earlier this month – including a 10-person limit on indoor gatherings and a 50-person limit on outdoor gatherings – will expire at 8:00 a.m. on January 4, 2021.
That order includes gathering limits based on a percentage of maximum occupancy and measures addressing telework, cleaning, contact tracing, employee quarantine, and other employee and customer safety protocols.
