Abigail Z. Wenger, Esq.


Abigail Z. Wenger, Esq. focuses her practice in healthcare litigation matters, representing doctors, hospitals and long-term and post-acute care facilities in medical professional liability cases.

Abigail most recently clerked for the Hon. Leonard G. Brown and previously clerked for the Hon. David R. Workman at the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. While clerking, Abigail drafted judicial opinions, orders, internal memoranda and conducted legal research on civil litigation, dependency, support, juvenile delinquency and land use appeal matters. Prior to that, she served as an apprentice at a Lancaster-based law firm.

Abigail earned her B.A. in Government from Regent University and her J.D. from Regent University School of Law where she was granted the Regent Law’s Scholar Award, a full tuition scholarship. While at Regent University, she was an active member of the Moot Court board and won first place at Touro Law Center’s National Law & Religion Competition and was the champion of the 1L Moot Court Competition. She was also a staff editor of the Regent Law Review and the president of the Regent chapter of the pre-law honors fraternity Phi Alpha Delta.
