This training will be held on December 13 from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at ABC Keystone’s Mount Joy location in partnership with ABC Keystone and AIA Pennsylvania.
During his presentation, “Understanding the Construction Process from Inception to Completion: Build a Strong Foundation for Your Team”, Ron will provide an understanding of construction risk management to attendees. Topics covered in this session include The Miller Act, payment and performance bonding, builders risk insurance, general liability insurance, and subcontractor default insurance. This training is approved for three LU Credits.
Ron Pollock, Esq. is the Chair of Saxton & Stump’s Construction Law Group. In his construction practice, he specializes in litigation, indemnification and bid challenges, and assists in reviewing contracts and agreements to help clients avoid potential lawsuits as a form of risk management. Ron regularly works with general contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, suppliers, homebuilders, architects, engineers, among others. He also has significant experience in insurance, medical device litigation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
