MALVERN, Pa., January 8, 2025 — Saxton & Stump is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy L. Blackmore to equity shareholder. Blackmore, formerly senior counsel, is a valued member of the Healthcare Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Appellate and Post-Trial Advocacy groups. She represents healthcare providers—including doctors, hospitals, nurses, and long-term care facilities—in medical malpractice cases, bringing a wealth of experience to arbitration and trial settings.
The promotion became effective Jan. 1.

After first joining Saxton & Stump in 2017, she transitioned to Amazon as a senior program manager and compliance officer in its Transportation, Risk, and Compliance Division. She rejoined Saxton & Stump in 2023, bringing valuable insights from her corporate role that have elevated her legal practice and enhanced the firm’s service to clients.
Having practiced in the Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, and central Pennsylvania regions, Blackmore has developed strong relationships within the legal community and an in-depth understanding of regional court systems. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
Blackmore graduated summa cum laude from Muhlenberg College and earned her law degree cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
