Richard L. Hackman, Esq. spoke recently during an ABC Keystone employment law seminar on employers’ obligations in addressing and preventing harassment in the workplace. Rick provided attendees with an overview of steps employers are obligated to take to both prevent harassment and to investigate occurrence and properly follow up.
