LANCASTER, Pa., January 14, 2025 — Saxton & Stump has announced the promotion of Sara C. Arndt to an expanded role as Vice President of Success & Operations. Formerly the Senior Director of Success & Integration, Arndt’s executive-level role will continue to support the firm’s strategic growth. Arndt brings over 15 years of experience from The Hershey Company, a Fortune 500 company, where she held various management level roles in business, project management, and legal operations.

In her expanded role, Arndt will oversee Operations and focus on lateral recruiting including the firm’s success platform. She will work directly with the CEO and select leadership committees on efficiency projects and collaborate with department managers to ensure strategic and effective resource deployment.
Before joining Saxton & Stump, Arndt served as legal operations manager at The Hershey Company. She holds a B.S. summa cum laude in business administration from Elizabethtown College and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
