Intellectual Property Law

Effectively managing intellectual property (IP) requires a business-centric, collaborative approach that comes from a deep understanding of business goals, the overall IP portfolio and the nature of the IP asset. Our team is equipped to help you define and protect your innovations, branding or creative works through the creation, implementation, transfer and litigation of patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets.

We will work closely with you to guide and support your objectives throughout the process. As experienced intellectual property attorneys, we understand the intersection between law and technology and we have experience working closely with multinational companies, manufacturers, franchises, and small and medium sized businesses. We have also represented individual entrepreneurs, startups and creators in a wide range of industries.
