Our trial attorneys are prepared to handle routine and complex cases that can arise from all types of business transactions. Our shareholders, many of whom have more than 25 years of trial experience, contribute an excess of 400 jury trials to our team.
Our attorneys have experience defending claims in front of state and federal courts. This understanding provides extensive knowledge of and experience with the bench, juries, and opposing counsel in Pennsylvania.
Insight from the Bench
Honorable Lawrence F. Stengel (Ret.) served as a State and federal judge for 28 year — 14 years as a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (EDPA) and 14 years on the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.
Throughout his career, he presided over jury and non-jury trials. Additionally, he has decided hundreds of summary judgement motions and helped parties reach a settlement. Judge Stengel’s experience from the bench is invaluable to our clients facing litigation. Utilizing his unique experience, he examines and strengthens arguments for trial.
Settle Outside of the Courtroom
Our approach is proactive, with the aim of reducing the potential for a dispute to go to court. In the appropriate cases, alternative dispute resolution methods provide clients with a faster, more affordable resolution than going to trial. Regardless of the resolution method utilized, our goal is to ensure that a satisfactory settlement, for both parties involved, is met.
